Organ meats are also available: heart, tongue, kidneys and liver.
Bones are available for soups or for your dogs.
Smoked products:
summer sausage, salami, pepperoni , smokies and Italian sausage.
We give a cooking guide and a free cookbook to each customer!
We deliver to locally:
Campbell River, Courtenay, Comox and Cumberland...
usually the same week you place your order. Our freezer truck delivers
