in the milling of grains produced in Temiskaming. Our
climate ensures that we can grow quality grains free
of some of the diseases that can afflict grains grown
in the south. The Mill is hand crafted in Germany from
oak boards and uses granite stones from Italy.
Stone Ground Four is milled slowly and does not heat
in the milling process. As a result we do not need
to add preservatives into the flour. This ensures a
superior product. Nothing is added to the process.
Our flour is 100% pure.
We grind only small batches to ensure freshness. Custom
