Wood Turning, Cheese Knives, Bowls, Cuttong Boards, European Rolling Pins and more.
“When I pick up a piece of wood and start to turn it is most often the wood itself decides the form it is going to take. I am simply the one that has the joy of bringing it to life. You see I have been turning wood for several years and still can’t believe how excited I get when I apply the first coat of finish…
I have made several custom pieces for families that have had to part with a tree that they have grown up with, it had to be taken down because of damage or it has become a liability.”

Katahdin Lamb
“Katahdin lamb is from a hair sheep, they put on wool in the winter but shed like a dog or cat in the spring. With the lack of wool the production of lanolin is way down and this translates into a meat that has much less fat and oils. It still taste like the lamb we all love but without the strong after taste that comes with other breeds.”
