“Ecojot was created in 2007. Mark Gavin, founder and his sister, designer Carolyn Gavin created green stationery designs that are printed and made in Canada. ecojot is an environmentally conscious stationery company that produces products for which the paper content is 100% post-consumer recycled. No new trees were cut in the making of these journals! The paper is acid free and processed chlorine free, and all inks and glues are vegetable based. The mill where the notebooks are made is even powered by biogas harnessed from a nearby landfill.”
